From June 28-29, 2025, a fleet of historic Tall Ships visited Sugar Beach. Thank you to everyone who attended! We look forward to welcoming you back in 2026. Stay tuned for updates and announcements.

The 2025 fleet

A fleet of historic tall ships sailed into Toronto to celebrate the start of summer. Visitors got to tour the decks of visiting ships as well as sail aboard Canada’s Largest Tall Ship, Empire Sandy.

Festival Map & Entertainment

There was no shortage of nautical entertainment at this year’s festival which happened on the George Brown Stage.
Entertainment included: Tap Dancing Sailors, Fire Dancers, the HMCS York Navy Band, Envirodrum band made from recycled materials, roaming stilt walkers, jugglers, and the incredible Captain Finn & The Salty Sea Dogs sea shanty singers.
