The Festival fleet of visiting ships will be open for dockside deck tours daily, starting July 1. While general admission to the grounds is FREE, Boarding Passes must be purchased to gain access to ship decks. Be sure to read about ship deck restrictions before purchasing.
Boarding Passes are valid during ship deck visiting hours: July 1, 2, 3: 10 am – 5 pm July 4: 9 am – 12 Noon Schedule and ship access subject to change.

- Event is rain or shine, no refunds or exchanges/ No rainchecks.
- Due to the nature of their construction, ships do not have wheelchair access, and there is limited access to people with mobility restrictions.
- Tickets/Vouchers are redeemable onsite for wristbands at our ticket locations, at Queens Quay Terminal, and others to be announced.
- Prices include all applicable taxes.
- Your ticket does not guarantee access to all ships at all times – lines may be cut off due to overcrowding. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
- Participating vessels subject to change.
- Boarding access subject to capacity restrictions and availability.
- Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times while boarding ships – no access given without a wristband.
SHIP DECK RESTRICTIONS:
Tripping hazards are unavoidable aboard sailing vessels and the highest degree of care is expected of all visitors.
- Proper footwear must be worn by all Visitors boarding the Ship (rubber sole shoes, sneaker, or boat shoes). Leather sole shoes are slippery and dangerous on deck.
- Absolutely no spike heels are permitted aboard the Ship.
- Visitors may not sit on the caprail, taffrail, or bulwarks enclosing the deck.
- Smoking is not permitted aboard the Ship; except in connection with a Docked Private Function (as defined), alcoholic beverages, food (including chewing gum), and beverages are strictly prohibited and not permitted aboard the Ships.
- Handrails must be used by Visitors when boarding and departing the Ships.
- Visitors may not run, jump, or bounce on the gangways or deck of the Ships.
- Visitors may not climb on the rigging under any circumstances.
Purchasers ASSUME ALL RISKS BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INJURY FROM SPECTATOR AREAS, ON OR OFF THE SHIPS,ACCIDENTS OR INJURY FROM FIRES, and agree that The Waterfront Business Improvement Area, its members, subcontractors and the City of Toronto, owners and lessors of property used in connection with the event, all event participants, sponsors, sanctioning bodies, and any of their employees, agents, officers and directors are hereby RELEASED from any and all claims arising from the event. You grant permission to use your voice, image, and/or likeness in connection with any photograph, live or recorded display of the event, without any compensation. You agree that images and sounds of the event obtained by you, will not be broadcast, published or used for any commercial purposes under any circumstances.
You may not use any ticket for advertising, promotion or other trade purposes without our prior written consent. You must abide by our rules and regulations, including any printed fan guide. No coolers or bags more than 14 inches long permitted on board the Ships. No glass containers, cans or alcoholic beverages, pets, strollers, umbrellas, motorized vehicles, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, or weapons. We reserve the right to remove you from the property operated by us, without refund, without cause and for any reason. All disputes relating to the ticket shall be governed by Ontario Law.
RAIN OR SHINE: The Festival will not offer compensation based on inclement weather. Ticket holder assumes responsibility for knowledge of weather policies and any action to be taken as a term of the policy. Tickets for outdoor events are purchased at risk. In case of inclement weather THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
Service/Handling Charges are Not Refundable
- The barcode only allows one entry per scan.
- Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event.
Keep this ticket in a safe place as you would money or regular tickets. The Festival is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication. In the event that duplicate copies appear, the Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders, without compensation or remuneration. The event date schedule and times are subject to change without notice.
